Steel Wire Going Through Hot Dipped Galvanizing
Hot dipped galvanizing is an immersion-plating processing in heating melting zinc liquid. The procedure is very quick to enable a thick and even coating layer to the wire surface. The allowed minimum thickness is 45 micron, the highest zinc coating is more than 300 microns. The steel wire going through hot dipped galvanizing has a dark color compared with electro galvanised wire. The hot dipped galvanised steel wire consumes much zinc metal, and on the base metal forming an infiltration layer, offering good corrosion resistance. Whether used under indoor or outdoor environment, the hot dip galvanizing surface can keep decades without breaking.
Compared with Electro Galvanized Wire, hot dipped galvanised wire offers better corrosion resistance. It has thicker zinc coating compared with electro galvanizing processing and can be used for a longer service life.Hot dipped galvanised wire Material: 45, 65, 70, 72A, 72B, 82B, 65Mn.
Characteristic: High tensile strength, small tolerance, Shiny surface, good corrosion prevention.
Small coil hot dipped galvanised Wire and big coil galvanised wire
Uses of Hot Dipped Galvanized Wire:
Widely used in the manufacture of metal mesh, highway barriers and construction work. With a thick coating, it has good corrosion resistance, solid coating and other features.
Production process for hot dipped galvanizing: Steel rod coil →Wire Drawing →Wire Annealing → Rust Removing → Acid Washing → Zinc Plating → Wire Coiling.
Packing: inside plastic/outside weaving bag, also can be according to customer's requirements.

Remarks during use and handling of hot dipped galvanized iron wire:
a. During transportation, handle softly and carefully, avoid bumping and damaging the steel wires. Moisture and rain prohibited. Steel wires must be stored in dry and well ventilated indoors
b. Pay attention to the direction of steel wires when paying-off. Be sure the spools or coils rotation freely as to achieve identical tension of all the steel wires
c. In case of batch usage, the remaining should be repacked to avoid oxidizing of the surface to guarantee coating
