Hot-dipped Spring Wire / Electro Galvanized Spring Wire
Popular galvanised spring wire diameter ranges from 4.0mm to 17.0mm. The spring steel wire is mainly used in making car suspending spring, motorcycle vibration reducing spring, engine door spring and any places that need high strength, high flexibility and high weary life springs.
Spring Wire material: galvanised, stainless steel
Spring Wire material: galvanised steel, stainless steel
Galvanised spring steel wire meet the following standards: ASTM A401, ASTM A401M,EN 10270-2, or according to the user's technical qualification.
Packing: In coils of certain weight according to customers' requirements.
Material Selection and Main Chemical Composition:
Raw material is rigorously selected and approved before put into processing to ensure the quality of the final spring wire. The five main chemical composition results shown as below:
C | Si | Mn | P | S |
0.40-1.00 | Max 0.35 | 0.30-1.50 | Max 0.04 | Max 0.04 |
The raw material with proper chemical composition lays a good base for making of spring wire with a good balance of high strength and flexibility. For serving spring and wire form industry, high tensile strength is not the ultimate goal to pursue, but the balance of flexibility and tensile strength to prevent our wire from deformed or broken up during winding in spring machine. In addition, for other usage, our products also have gained a sound reputation from the appliance as controlling cable or connecting wire for automobile industry and hard needle. Hot-dipped and electro-galvanized spring wire available.
